In the period from 2002 to 2006, total of 132 diplomas were rejected on grounds of not being valid. Most of them come from Bulgaria and Albania, while to lesser extent from Kosovo and Serbia. All these cases are directed to the competent bodies i.e. the Ministry of Interior.
